Executive Chef Alita Seda, A New York native, is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She brings with her experience from some of the countries’ most eclectic restaurants including the world famous Walt Disney World Polynesian Resort, Devonshire Country Club at PGA, and locally the Buckhead Bottle Bar and Bistro.

Also a skilled pastry chef, Alita boasts a special affinity for Latin and Italian cuisines, with a knack for adding her own creative twist to traditional dishes.
“I have always had a growing passion for gastronomy and becoming a successful Chef. I fueled my passion early by helping my mom prepare family dinners. I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do than be in the Culinary field. Since coming to Atlanta I have the great opportunity to work for 595 North, putting forth my culinary education and creative talents in the kitchen.”

595 North has an approved list of vendors specializing in wedding and novelty cakes, cupcakes, cookies, desserts and pastries, working with each client to create an appealing and innovative design especially for your celebration or event. Wonderful cakes are made from scratch using the best ingredients, and baked fresh for each event.

595 North can creates floral designs and decorations for any special event, celebration, meeting or holiday party. On site consultations are available upon request. Also choose from a select inventory of high quality and tasteful rental items to add that special touch.
